After receiving numerous e-mails from filmmakers asking for help with their music clearance & licensing and music budgeting issues, I've decided to offer consulting services at an affordable price.

Applying my extensive knowledge of music clearance & licensing, I will give you a detailed outline based on your musical needs. This outline will guide you in the right direction in order for you to handle the clearing and licensing process to include your music budget, song selections, required paperwork and tips on who to call and what to say.

If you decide to hire me as your music supervisor, all consulting fees will apply toward the total music supervision fees.

Consulting Services include:

• Review/assist in the creation of your music budget.
• Breakdown script for potential music cues.
• Review existing song selection and make suggestions to lower licensing fees.
• Provide resources & tools necessary to research copyright owners.
• Review synch and master use license request forms.
• Provide strategic insight on negotiating license fees.
• Review synch and master use license agreements.
• Review cue sheet to insure it's accuracy.
  
• Provide practical and real life examples and information to help deal with just about any situation you may encounter.
  

Fees:
Sliding scale/negotiable - I charge less for truly independent, low budget projects than I do for larger budget or studio-backed projects.
